Hey! Hey!.......I'm not too sure why I'm in a jovial mood though both me and dearie were like sooooo bummed out last nite!!......It was the most shittiest day of ALL days!!....And it didn't start from work! It started abt 10 mins away from work!
We were going to Ang Mo Kio, stopped at a red light on the right hand side of the road and then!............the bike can't move! It couldn't get into gear 1!....It was drizzling and I had to get down the bike in the "middle of the busy road with my skirt and high heels! And I look like a clumsy clown coz till now, I can't get down a bike "gracefully and elegantly" with or without skirt!! But dearie's worst! - He had to push the bike to the other side of the road and reverse it a bit and the U-turners seemed to have a difficult time with him there at the side of the road!! After which, he had to push the bike to a "nearby" bike shop which is about 3 long blocks away!!
At the shop, we got tended by this "mad" man who can speak clearly and kept insisting that the clutch was jammed and tried to show us what he was talking abt but we still didn't see the problem!!.....So dearie called his normal workshop; got someone to tow the bike and we then made our way (by walking) to the workshop. Luckily, the workshop is only abt 2 major roads away from where we were. We had to take out $$ first so queued in line and there's this apek who was standing there trying to take out money from his xx no. of cards but still couldn't take out any money!!.....we stood there for like freaking 5 mins for him!!!......FINALLY he left only after settling all his stuff IN FRONT of the ATM machine!!....haizzzzz..................
So finally, at the workshop, the mechanics there said that they have to overhaul the bike!!!....AAAAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!......... very sian neh!!........Overhauling means money!!...AND dear have to use the bike for work today!!.....BUT luckily my dear, dear brother not working so we managed to persuade him to let dearie use the bike today for work, for half the day! PHEW!!......
We left the workshop with all our stuff and the 2 helmets to his house. After that, we wanted to take the bus to my house but freak ass! - The freaking bus JUST had to made it worst!! - it didn't come after waiting for about 20 mins!!......so we took a cab to Hougang first coz he's got to do his OT....and of ALL the days, I didn't ask him how long that would take!!....And hence, I'd have to wait for like freaking 1++hr for him to finish!!!....I didn't have anything to do or read and I was hungry!!....Yesterday, was the first day I had to eat alone, under the void-deck with a packet of ready-made spaghetti from 7-11!!.....
So that was our day yesterday and YES! I HAVE to record it down for historical purposes!!...Coz yest, it was the most "historical" day of our lives!!....Surprisingly, after all these, I dun feel angry or irritated (only mildly)...coz certainly, I'd have kicked up a fuss and would have juz gone home w/o waiting for him!!.......
Anyways, using Rizan's bike today, felt sooooo retro-ish! hehehehhee........it felt like that Melbourne ad where the girl sat on the Vespa "touring" Melbourne??...hehehhehehe......feeling ah!!.......
Also, one more thing! - Was talking to TEEny Weeny yesterday and he thought up of this brilliant idea sparked off by Xinyi's (as usual) brilliant idea of compiling all the freaky stories of the day!!...So guys! If you want to just have a laugh, watch out for my JOKE of the day section on the right-hand side panel coming SOOOOOONNNNNNN!!!!!!!!........
