It's been a while since i last blogged abt anything on Reality TV.. oooh.. still a big fan!.. no doubt.. but not too sure why was it i never get round to updating abt wateva i was watching.. niways, Ms Quirky and i met up with RosmAman for lunch yest and we got round to discussing this season's SI.. and so, it sparked off this sudden need to talk abt this!.. hahahaa...

Singapore Idol
. Someone has caught my attention.. and i'm fully supporting this person provided this person's first piano show is not a letdown.. *Identity will be revealed once the piano show is over..*
. I sooooo totally disagree that someone in the show was labeled "not just good looks but can sing as well!".. oh puuuhleeaaase!!!.... that person looks soooooo tak mandi, i nearly puked on my food when i heard the comment!! sungguh tak menyelerakan!!..
. I cannot stand Awi - who cried like nobody's business abt wanting to see the mother's smile before she dies (that almost made me nearly cry as well!) - for being sooooo drama on one day and then freakin fucked it up the next!!! alamak!... cannot tahan lor!!!.... free 5mins air-time har??... *on another note, sorry if wat u said abt your mother is true. but if it had been true, you shouldn't have performed how you performed*
. I think Florence Lian should stop wearing big dresses that make her look pregnant - or is she??
. I hope someone gets a real makeover sooooon!.. coz i totally can't see the face!!... and actually, i need to hear this someone sings coz when this someone talks, the whole family totally don't get it!!!....

American Idol
It sucked that Taylor wins but it was expected!.. bleagh!... niways, it was pretty blatant who the producers were supporting.. Kat was given a lot of songs to sing while the only thing i remembered Taylor did was the harmonica and the quite forgettable song he did with Toni Braxton.. :p

Anugerah Skrin
I've never gotten round expressing my deep hatred dislike towards Rafaat.. alamak!.. muka macam nak kena tumbuk, babe!.. everytime he talks, i juz feel like punching his face so that he'd pout some more and maybe, i'd pull his freaking long face and pouty lips once i'm done punching!!... definitely need a pillow as a punch bag watching Anugerah!!... and wat's worst?!.. Dearest can do a very goooood impersonation of him and his very predictable dialogue!... :p

I must say i was very irked when i watched Anugerah in it's first few episodes.. but the latest Anugerah was shockingly good. *I wonder if it's because Datok was there?* so congrats to the remaining 8(??)....

By the way, if Suria reads this, i think it's unfair that the sms session got cut-off right after the second drama session. The guys put in a lot of effort and it may make or break their votes, at the end of the day!.. The sms should have continued rite till the commercial at least. While waiting for results to be tabulated, give us some entertainment - provide clips of what the contestants have been doing the past week, or bits of info abt themselves so that the fans can get to know them better..

wokay!.. i've said what i've been wanting to say!.. hahhaa... ;) lastly, i wanna say my Dearest Chipmunk, is looking more like the Charming Hunk he is, by day... (*uweeek!* i want him to still be the cute chipmunk he was 2 days ago!!..) the bump on his cheeks is subsiding and he can feel the stitches oredi.. but al-hamdulillah.. that means a speedy recovery for him!.. ;) lovely!!..... can kiss!kiss! his face all over now!!... hahahhahaa..... :p love you, darl.....

BEING BACK...
my first day at work after nearly 2wks absence wasssss.... hmmm... i dunno??.... bewildering?!... first, because of Dearest swollen cheek (he actually look like a very cute chipmunk!!.. kekekkee... ), i had to go public all the way!... it wasn't tat bad lah!.. it's actually faster than when i took a direct bus from the old place!... so, i'm not soooo worried if we're to move to our love nest later, and i had to go public lah!... hehhee...

at work, numerous emails to clear - wat's new?!.... and piles of paper work to be done!.. bleagh!!!... blardy hell!!!!...... see?!.. i think this is why thoughts of resigning has been playing in my head of late.... Warning to Ms Quirky: pls dun spread this around!!..

It's not that i'm unhappy with the job, i'm juz plain BORED!!!.... but the tot of moving off to another place seemed sooooooooo tak best!!... :( brrrrr... i hope the next project by Ms Quirky would "entertain" me!

Rceived a very "moving" (NOT!) from Ms Taik... and *rolls eyes* i dun understand her motive to write to practically everyone else, if she's significantly singled out a few names!!..... esp to ppl like me?!... am i part of her "sad" episode or experience here, as described???... bleagh!... wateva!!!.......

even before she leaves, she still did not do a proper completion of her job!.. my god!!!..... i asked her to do something before i leave.. even gave her a deadline for it!!.... and as usual, she fucked up... was soooooo upset when Babe told me that it's not done yet.. my gawd!!!!..... i can't possibly see any reason why she was chosen for wateva position she's got out of sooooo many ppl who applied?!!!..... but well, it's good riddance to bad rubbish to us, anyway!!!! ;) so, am i supposed to actually sob when i read her very "touching" email?!... oh puuuuhleeease!...

QUALITY TIME..

We're both back safely, al-hamdulillah... and spent the very, very much awaited quality time together!... ;)

We stayed in a small luxury hotel, had my first experience of being half-haken by the beach (had to!.. we did massage by the beach!) and being totally away from everyone and juz enjoy each other's company!

After being back for juz a day, we're off to Bangkok!!.... ;) it was such a retail therapy!... Chatucak was amazing!!..... we reached the hotel at abt 4.30pm on Sunday.. we juz dumped our bags, stashed our valuables in the safe and LEFT for Chatucak in a hurry!!.... we didn't wanna miss the cheap bargains there, mah!.. it was, afterall, a weekend market!... ;)

but if you do miss it, you can still go to their night bazaar - Suan Lum Market - at Lumphini.. it's definitely neater and cleaner than Chatucak but more expensive.. but you can still bargain your way and get something for less than MBK!... ;)

truly enjoyed the shopping experience in bangkok!.. and really can't wait to get there again once we get our love nest!!.. hehehehe.... ;) and i've told dearest Bro that if he were ever to get married, juz gimme the money, i can help him settle his simple dais and wedding favours!.. hehehhee... ;)

Anyways, before i forget, CONGRATULATIONS to Iswady and Joy on their union!... may you both be blessed with love, joy and happiness till death do you part... we're sorry we couldn't wait for you guys to come down again.. coz Aduka had a dental appt to go to!!... sorry yah.... but managed to get a decent shot of the groom... and hmmmmm.. did he lose a bit of weight for this day???... hehhee.. ;)

Speaking of Dearest dental appt.. i went in to watch his wisdom teeth surgery... and boy!.. it made me NOT wanna go for that surgery!!... brrrrr...... scary doks!!!...... the tot of 5days MC is tempting me but the image of the freakily long syringe scare me!!!.... blardy hell!!!!..... but my wisdom tooth is disturbing me more often than before now.... blaaaaah!.... maybe not now... later can lah..... dun wanna give Ms Quirky a heart attack with my many, many days of absence from work this year!.. hehehehe... Ms Quirky, I'll TRY not to take anymore leave eh.. but cannot promise!!... hehhehehe.... ;p

The above was how i felt the week before till date!.... First, I took leave thinking that i could do some shopping before we leave for our honeymoon!!... then, it rained ever so heavily, we got drenched and stuck for 1.5hrs before we decided to still move on and dried ourselves in the toilet!!!.... grrrrrrr...

And then, we met the SP group for our very belated thank you dinner for them... waaaaah!... make appointments with them can really pengsan lor!.... a lil' wonder y i don't like to coordinate meetings with them!... HAH!... i think Ms Insurance Agent do a better job lah!!... *hint! hint!*

These were the food they ordered that made us very bloated and full!!... My recommendation to y'all!... Bumbu Restaurant - price is pretty reasonable and the food is GOOOOOOD!!

After all these good food and company, we hit a low when we had to entertain some very petty people.. urrrrgh!... very frustrating!.. but tat's life, aye??....

however, today........ NOTHING!... and i mean absolutely NOTHING!!.... will make us go LOW!!... coz we're definitely going HIGH.. HIGH.. up in the air!!! - feeling extremely excited to be going off for our honeymoon!!... weeeeee!!!!.............

ooooh... laaa.. laaa........ i'm feeling the holiday vibes oredi!.. speaking with Izy last nite really made us damn excited to go off for our "escapade".... where are we off to?.... an island in Thailand!!..... we kindof regretted we didn't get a resort on the oh-so-popular beach!... but nevermind!!... maybe it will save us those moooolahs!!!!.... hhehhehe.... ;)

aaaaarrrggghh!!.. i'm obviously BORED!!....... and i can't wait for tml to make bf for hubby, sleep in, cook lunch for hubby and go shopping!!.... for now, being a housewife seems more "inviting" than being at work!...

I was rather amused watching the campaign report tonite... Half an hour full, of all parties trying to "outdo" each other.. and it was definitely interesting to watch how the media skews the stories in favour of a party*..

i dun really care abt politics.. and i seriously doubt the "enthusiasm" of the crowd in these rally - that's also amusing - are they there to really listen to what the party can offer to the constituency or are there simply to feel/experience the "heat" and to enjoy the noisy atmosphere??....

we'll juz see the results tomolo... it's gonna be pretty interesting.. and i've already made up my own theories on a few scenarios!.. hahhaa... however, those theories shall remain with me lest i'll be sued for "concocting" such theories!!... kekekkee...

Anyways, at last, Izy's pictures are up for viewing!!... the office PC is really screwed up!.. *bleagh!*

MY FIRST POLLING DAY..
tml is polling day!! ;) kinda looking forward to it since the last time i hit 21, there was a walkover in the estate!... bleagh!.... there was also supposed to be a campaign in the office today!!.... we've named the party People's Park Party and the single ward party is none-other than our "Senior Chief" SK!.. ;)

But apparently, after all the hardwork and planning and the anticipation to see her reaction, it all came to a naught when one itchy backside printed the coloured poster and showed it to her early in the morning *when no one's in the office!!!*.. urrrrrghh!!!... alamak!!!.....

so, out of pure fun and laughter (not tat i like doing this to her).. here's the 2 poster we did!..

ROMANCE & SHOPPING!!
yeay!!!... we've finally finalised our honeymoon plans.. but looks like we're not getting our "dream" hotel!.. damn it!!!... but oklah... i guess, we're fated to really rest and relax - be away from the hustle and bustle of crowded beach and to simply just enjoy each other's company - spend some quality time that we didn't quite manage to get after the wedding!!... *kwang.. kwang.. kwang..* ;)

sooooo anyways, i can't wait!!!!!!.... YEAY!!!!!...... Ms Quirky, be prepared to "miss" me for 9 days hor!!... hehehehee...

oooooh!.. one more pce of good news!.. Ms Taik, is leaving us pretty sooooon!... apparently, she has a much better offer.. but i also think that it's because she juz can't handle the job here!... hah!... but good riddance wateva it may be!!!.... the office is planning on a farewell lunch and i'm planning for a "great escape"!... Ms Quirky and another colleague seemed to think that i'm not giving her face... but errrr.. yalor!!.... lunch is meant to be spent with and ON ppl that i like hor!!!... i heard how she switch off now that she's leaving!.... and screw up someone's work - like FOREVER!!.. so, i really wonder wat did the new company see in her that I don't eh??!!.... hmmmmm.... anyways, we have begun to imagine the chaos this does to the small unit!!!... coz i dun think they can handle the workload with 1 FT (whom i dun really see doing much!) and another FT (who's a 'crack' case and will totally avoid doing what she does) and 1 PT (who's sooooo freakin realiable but i dun see why the need to stay on if a PT is doing an FT job!).. All these are a bit worrying leh... gah! gah!...

It was a beautiful wedding in pink, her favourite colour.. CONGRATULATIONS to our dear girlfriend, Izy, on her marriage to her long-time beau of wat? 9yrs??!!... :) and i heard how romantic his declaration of love was to her that rendered her speechless! hahaha... this one mat rock do have a soft side in him!! ;)
