DIVA
In times sooooo free, I was able to read almost ALL the articles in Manja this month!.. i admit, i buy Manja every month, out of compulsion and that urge to collect Manja, reading only my favourite sections and always skipping the feature articles if the artiste is of no concern or favourite to me!...

So, what did i find interesting enough to share?... Ziana Zain's article abt DIVA..

"It means everything, seorang yang perfectionist. Best among the best, apa buat semua jadi, orang salute. Nak jadi diva bukan dalam masa jangka pendek, bukan setakat berapa banyak anugerah you dapat. Diva ni legenda, cuma orang Melayu ni suka terikut-ikut. Anita Sarawak, Datuk Sharifah Aini... boleh hiburkan orang, boleh buat lawak, boleh buat orang menangis, boleh bercerita dan pembabitan yang dah berapa puluh tahun. Bagi I, I'm still learning, belum boleh digelar diva" - Ziana Zain

did i hear a tinge of sarcasm? A hint at someone?... wateva it is, whether she meant it or not, i read it - in my oh-so-familiar-common way nowadays - wildly amusing!.. Not only do i think that her statement is right in every sense.. it was pretty bold - how sharp and laser her statement is.. now guess why I find it wildly amusing???.....

FLOSSING AND BRUSHING
Another interesting fact i found in the magazine - according to Harvard Medical School, flossing and brushing your teeth everyday can greatly reduce signs of aging by 6.4yrs!..

So, wat are u waiting for?... go floss and brush those teeth now!!... ;)

10 WAYS TO STAY HEALTHY & HAPPY
1. Smile and be cheerful - checked
2. Laugh - checked
3. Exercise everyday; at least 10-15mins of light exercise - errrrrrrrrrr....
4. Have breakfast; a glass of milk and cereals to start off your day! - i DO have breakfast but just not milk and cereals!... hmmmmm....
5. Banish feelings of jealousy and hatred (dengki) towards everyone around you. Be more forgiving - this is a difficult one.. no jealousy, no hatred/dengki.. but being more forgiving??...
6. No smoking - checked
7. Change your diet; have a more balanced diet. No fast food unless necessary - oh NOOOO!!...
8. Enough sleep and rest - does it count to have accummulated sleep and rest in the weekends??
9. Floss and Brush teeth everyday - in progress of trying to floss everyday!
10. Drink at least 1.5L to 2L of water everyday! - another difficult task to achieve but will try!!...

I scored 3.5 out of 10 to stay healthy and happy!... i failed. miserably. but i think i'm still happy?!... hhehehehe..... are you??
