It's a fun, fun day shopping today!!!.....went shopping for our hampers for our year end party and spent like about $150 worth of goodies!!..........we hope that wateva we've gotten would be enuff to divide into 3 hampers!.....though it's not our (Tee, Fahma, weiLeen and myself) money, it still feel goooood to go out and do some more "retail therapy"!...hahhahahahahha.......
Some more, somebody made me wanna cry!!.......not cry in a bad way, in a gooood way!!.....Tee bought me Royce chocs!!.....It is soooooo freaking delicious!!!......very, very creamy and sweeet!!!....very, very chocolaty!!..........fuuuuyoooh!!!....cannot carry oh!!........THANKS TEE!!!....THANKS Rashid for borrowing the car to us and trusting me to bring your car!!...hahahahhaha.....really appreciate it!..... :)
On another serious note, I juz can't stand ppl who are soooo freaking "dense"!!......i'm not sure if i'd be seriously harrassed or later kena "hentam" for saying this on the net, but still, i juz can't help it!!...I need to say it out!!!......
HALAL OR NON-HALAL FOOD??
This is abt halal and non-halal food.........we, the muslims are advised to find eateries which are given halal certificates...everybody knows that....
But as we all know, some of the halal eateries/kitchen esp in hotels in Singapore are not given the halal certs bcoz they sell alcohol.....And we, as Singaporeans should understand this bcoz we are living in Singapore!.....We are not a Muslim country like M'sia or Indonesia!....even Muslim countries have liquor/alcohol served in their hotels but their food is halal...!!...would you still eat their food???......would you say that they are NOT halal???...if your answer is yes, so what is this abt NOT wanting to eat in a halal restaurant juz bcoz they are not certified?!?!...is it juz bcoz we're in Singapore??....
I know I may sound rude/offensive to those who are strongly into this halal-non-halal affair but do give a thought - if our hotels and restaurants don't serve alcohol, can they make $$ in this current context??...Our population itself is 70-80% Chinese/Indian/Eurasian. They take wine when they eat fine dining.....but that doesn't mean that we have to do that??..how can our Malay/Muslim community prosper if we, the Malay/Muslim do not support our own fellow brothers and sisters..If we don't serve liquor, we may juz lose out to the other restaurants who do serve it! The restaurants/hotels are NOT asking you to have their liquor. Just go enjoy the food......understand that it's business...But of course, for some reason, you still feel doubtful (was-was), then of course, don't eat it!.....
I can't force one to accept an eatery to be a halal eatery if it's not certified. You can always check out with the restaurant if their kitchen or food is halal or not......after that, it's up to you to decide if you still want to go ahead and eat it!.....as long as you don't eat/drink what's forbidden or purposely still go eat at an eatery which served pork and other stuff!!
Anyways, wat's the point of being all goody-two-shoes and religious if your mouth is like one very, very bad bitch!!.....who doesn't think before she says it out, who talks bad abt her husband to her colleagues (mind you!) and hurt ppl with their snide, sarcastic remarks!!...trying to act funny or clever???!!!.........All those praying 5x a day, will NOT get you to heaven if all you do is to hurt others, especially your husband!!......... Watch your mouth and yourself first!..........if all you do is talk, and talk, and talk and NOT volunteering your help at all,.............then leave everyone alone and don't be the black sheep!......BITCH!
