MY CUZZIN'S ENGAGEMENT
My cuzzin, Rumiza, got engaged yesterday! It was pretty grand!....goodness!!...look at the amount of gifts being exchanged!......malu akak!.....and there's a few farny incidents and moments which I should have video-taped! instead of taking pictures!!
1. The guy, Halim, came over for the ceremony...which actually shouldn't happen coz normally, they're not expected to come since you're not married yet but this case oklah i suppose coz our relatives have not seen him before and her family wants the whole family to know him....
2. They were expected to take pictures together...dunno y but he's sooooo fidgety...at one point, he was almost like dancing??...hahahhahaa....maybe not soooo bad....hahahhaha...but can't help it lah.....he was really fidgety!....cannot blame him also lah...maybe like soooo farny to be in the limelight....
3. One of their gifts is exchanging rings...okie...this one CONFIRM never been done before by anyone!!.....(i'm talking abt the Malay community)......my dad slid the ring into his fingers ah!!.....the Malays would understand why I find it funny lah...
So the above was the highlights of the day!....In the ceremony, you know what i lurrrrve??......I like flowers that he gave her...amongst the flowers, is part of his dowry to her....shaped like flowers too!......very nice leh!!!......the cake is also freakin nice!!.....can take a look at my shutterfly album to see the cake!.......
In abt 2-3 wks time, will be going to another cuzzin's engagement!!......But he's a guy so there won't be much drama!!...but i definitely want to go to the girl's side!!....then eh, co-incidentally, both of us are planning our wedding at the SAME time!!......Both want to do Mar 06!!......my family is going to be pretty bz then!!.....alamak!!..........but I hope Rizan ORD oredi by then...he's going to NS this Thursday, I think...Yani feels that I should send him...i dun see the need....mmmm....then wait must take leave...alamak...then wanna go KL.....camne nie??!!.......
