We went for our "Appreciation Dinner" last nite.. and met a few volunteers, some working staff at airport whom we've not met for awhile.. and some whom we kinda tend to avoid.. *wink!wink!* OooooH!.. surprisingly, our re-elected President Nathan was there as well!... and Rosma!.. if only u were there!... Rahimah Rahim was there.. wanted to take pic with her!!.. but very malu leh!... hehehhee.. Babes was also there!... brrrrr.... and my new interest in entertainment - Ghani!...
Anyways, we went out of the office earlier than the rest to do some walking abt before heading for the dinner.. actually - big mistake!... coz it was a stand-up dinner!.. and so, for that 2hrs or so, we were actually walking, standing, walking and standing!... i actually had cramps on my toes.. i think probably due to my new heels!!... and it doesn't help that the strap keep coming out! - strappy shoes!.... :P and it also doesn't help that i'm using this as one of my wedding shoes for the shoot and most probably real day!.. i may actually need to do warm-ups of the toes before slipping it on next time!!...
oh!.. anyways, back to my story.. was walking around.. ogling at the nice dresses at Warehouse, Dorothy Perkins and contemplating to buy a skirt.. B and me were ooooohing and aaaahing all along.. but Ms Quirk was sulking, i think, coz she was juz walking around, following us in a daze!.. ahhaa.. BUT alas!.. she saw something she really, really like and went straight into it.. leaving me and B bored..
but u're actually never too bored with Ms Quirky around!... she keeps u entertained with her quirky self!.. but of course, u'll never understand lest u're with her to experience first hand her quirkiness! ;)
