REALITY CHECK
Did anyone watch True Files yesterday?!... gosh!.. really felt like bashing that man up!.... such a freak!!... wat kind of a man ties and rape a baby who looks barely a year old??.. isssssh!!!... for the sake of those who didn't catch the show last nite - not only was she raped, she then, got thrown into the rubbish chute - still alive!!!... alamak!!!.... really feel like bashing him up siah!.. i hope he got sodomised while he was inside!!!..... that'll served him rite!....

and i'm sure by now, there's also this sicko man - the one with 10 wives - as if that's not enuff - he had to rape his own daughters as well!!!.... in order to "protect" his daughters from contracting diseases from other men, it's best that they sleep with him??.... huh??!!.. wat kind of reasoning is that?!... i tot that if you're so pious, shouldn't you be leading your family to the right path?... and if how you have taught them was the right way, wouldn't they know what is right, and what is wrong?.. and how could a mother allow such a thing to happen to their own daughter??... were they sooooo brainwashed that one's maternal instinct was also washed away???.... urrrrgh!!!... it really disgusts me!

Over the weekend, had lunch with a good fren and was also given another reality check!.. kids nowadays are getting too smart for their own good!.. the system allows them to climb over the teachers' heads - teachers now are not given the "right" to scold them "harshly" or to hit them.. i remembered my time, when teachers are like our second parents. Not only do they scold us when we're wrong, they can also take a ruler and hit us with it if we're really notti!.. now, wat's happening, if you dun oredi know, the kids would go home, fabricate a story on why they were scolded and hit, and the teachers would get it!...

seriously, if the kids spent half the day at school and most would probably be seeing and spending time with the parents for only a few hours a day, shouldn't we allow the teachers to discipline our kids - as long as they dun abuse that power?.. teachers are there to "mould our children's future" aye??... but the sad reality is it seems, if parents are too over-protective over their kids, the kids will juz be a shadow of the parents and will never be as independent as we want them to be... :(
