ONE'S PRODUCTIVITY
How is one's performance and productivity really measured?...is it measured based on:
1. one's capability to do one's work within and outside of one's job scope? OR
2. one's capability to lick asses and come to work between 9am to 5pm, going for long lunch breaks from 12nn to 2pm?!!....
Hmmm...i really wonder!!....how on earth these kind of ppl are able to get a 5-digit pay (after a supposed performance bonus) when all they do is sit on their bloody big fucking ass, check stock on the net, talk cock with fellow colleagues and answer to the boss' beck and call!!... hell yeah!!!...he's fucking loving his fucking job!.... who wouldn't if that's his fucking job scope, aye?!..like FUCK You!!....FUCK You!....FUCK You!....
Yeah!...i'm mad and sore!! And I can't believe i'm freakin sleepy at this hour!!...must be all these raging madness I'm feeling, and all the fucking shit-cleaning work I have to do!!!...OOOOhhhGG! another day in tha' shit hole tomorrow!!!.......
